Well done .. reflect on what you've accomplished and be proud. When things get rough, and they will, this experience will get you through it.

ReplyDeleteDid you achieve enlightenment or reach any profound insights? We're looking for a 5 pager with as many generalizations and oversimplifications as possible. Also a before and after picture of your bike. I'd ask for a before and after shot of your thighs but, err, oh forget it.
